We refer to the announcements dated 9 April 2025, 9 July 2025, 9 October 2025 and 9 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
The Board wishes to announce that conditions precedent set out in the Supplemental SSA has been fully fulfilled as at 12 January 2026, resulting in the Supplemental SSA being unconditional. The Proposed Acquisition is envisaged to be completed by end of January 2026.
