Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by the Company's sub-subsidiary, MOV Capital Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Titiwangsa Capital Sdn Bhd), a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 December 2025.
