The Board of Directors’ (“Board”) wishes to announce that GRP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Jebco Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.) (“the Vendor” or “GRP Holdings”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Mr. Ng Boon Hong (“the Purchaser”) for the disposal of the entire equity shares held in GRP Sdn. Bhd. (“GRP”) on 9 January 2026 (“Effective Date”) ("Disposal").
