Each Warrant entitles the registered holder of the Warrants to subscribe for one (1) new AWC Share at any time during the exercise period of five (5) years as indicated above ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM0.71 per new AWC Share, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 5 January 2026 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.
