Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 December 2025 in relation to the resignation of the Auditors.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has today received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company and the Group dated 9 January 2026 from Messrs. Kreston John & Gan, pursuant to Section 264(5)(a) of the Companies Act 2016.
Accordingly, Messrs. Kreston John & Gan have been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with immediate effect and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
