We refer to the previous announcements dated 10 January 2025, 13 January 2025, 23 January 2025, 12 February 2025, 28 May 2025, 4 July 2025 and 18 July 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.22 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.22 per Placement Share represents a premium of RM0.04 or approximately 22.22% to the 5-day VWAP of ETH Shares up to and including 12 January 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.18 per ETH Share.
