LFG - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 123,721,619 WARRANTS IN LFG ("WARRANTS B") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT B FOR EVERY 10 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN LFG ("LFG SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF LFG WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF THE COMPANY AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 28 JANUARY 2026 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 27 Jan 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 28 Jan 2026

Remarks :

The Warrants B will be credited into the central depository system account(s) of the entitled shareholders of LFG and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of LFG at the address as per the Record of Depositors of LFG prior to the date of listing and quotation for the Warrants B.

The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the receipt of the quotation application for the Warrants B by Bursa Securities.
