2. Parties are to file Written Submissions, Bundle of Authorities and Executive Summary (if written submission exceeds 30 pages) on or before 22.7.2026;
3. Parties are to file Submission in Reply, if any, and Notice of Counsel's Details on or before 12.8.2026;
4. The next Case Management is fixed on 27.8.2026 to monitor the submissions and other documents for hearing; and
5. The Hearing is fixed on 22.9.2026.
