The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd ("TRC"), had on 12 January 2026 accepted the award from Gilang Cendana Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. : 199701012133 / 427629-M), in relation to the new secured project, The Proposed Design, Construction and Completion of New Complex Buildings Consisting of Warehouse and Office Block, Exhibition Block, Sub-Basement Parking and Associated Works at Lot 45, Precinct 5, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) for the total Contract Sum of RM 249,000,000.00.
 

The Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries ("TRC Group").
 

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Project will contribute positively to the earnings and earnings per share of the Company in the future.
 

None of the Directors of the Company, its substantial shareholders or persons connected with the Directors and substantial shareholders has any interest in the Project.
 

The Board, after having considered all aspects of the award, is of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of the TRC Group.
