We refer to the announcements dated 18 November 2025 and 22 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 January 2026 withdrawn the additional listing application in relation to the Proposed Acquisition which was previously submitted to Bursa Securities.
The Company will re-submit the additional listing application in due course and announcement on the same will be made accordingly.
