Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 November 2025, 12 November 2025 and 6 January 2026 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that the High Court (“Court”) had, on 13 January 2026, held a case management via e-Review for the Application.
In respect of the Application, the Court had directed the parties to complete the filing of all affidavits and written submissions in relation to the unsecured creditor’s application to intervene in the Application. The Court has further fixed the next case management for both the intervention and the Application on 6 April 2026 at 9.00 a.m., to be conducted via e-Review.
In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to be in effect for SCSB.
Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on this matter.
