Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors of Komarkcorp wishes to announce that on 14 January 2026, the Federal Court refused to grant leave to the Company to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal delivered on 31 July 2025. The Federal Court was of the view that there is no novel question of law arising from the decision of the Court of Appeal.
