Today, 14 January 2026 was scheduled for a Case Management (CM) of Application 279 by way of e-review before the Deputy Registrar. Please be informed that, during the CM of PW279, the Applicant’s solicitors informed the Deputy Registrar that the application to transfer PW745 to the Court hearing PW279 was filed on 12 January 2026. The said application is now fixed on 27 January 2026 for CM via e-review.
The said Registrar has referred the issues raised between the parties during the earlier CM on 8 January 2026 to Yang Arif and Yang Arif said that PW279 and PW745 must be heard before one Judge to prevent any conflicting decisions and parties are directed to take the necessary action by filing the required transfer application.
The said Registrar then fixed PW279 for further CM by way of e-review on 27 January 2026.
