Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 27 November 2024, 13 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 4 March 2025, 17 April 2025, 18 April 2025, 15 May 2025, 16 May 2025, 9 September 2025, 8 December 2025 and 9 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent under the conditional sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of the Development Land (“SPA”) have been fulfilled on 14 January 2026. Accordingly, the SPA has become unconditional on even date.
