We refer to the announcement dated 17 November 2025 in relation to the Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.

Keyfield wishes to announce that KRSB and Petro Laut Sdn Bhd (the “Buyer”) have signed an Addendum No. 1 to the MOA (“Addendum No. 1”) on 14 January 2026.

Pursuant to Addendum No. 1:

i) the Notice of Readiness shall not be tendered before 31 January 2026;

ii) the cancelling date has been extended from 31 January 2026 to 15 February 2026; and

iii) place of delivery shall be at Labuan or any other port as mutually agreed.

In view of Addendum No. 1, the Vessel shall now be delivered to the Buyer between 31 January and 15 February 2026 or such date as may be mutually agreed.

A copy of Addendum No. 1 is available for inspection at the registered office of our Company at Level 5, Guoco Tower, 6 Jalan Damanlela, Damansara City, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except for public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
