Further to the Company’s announcement dated 14 January 2026 and the queries raised by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide the following additional information for public release:-

1. Tenure of the Contract

The tenure of the contract is twenty-four (24) months, commencing from 9 January 2026 and expiring on 8 January 2028.

2. Risks in Relation to the Contract

The risks associated with the contract include changes in the economic, political and regulatory environment, as well as operational risks such as project completion risk and potential shortages of materials and skilled labour. The Group will take the necessary and appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.

3. Reason for the Delay in Making an Immediate Announcement

The delay in making an immediate announcement was due to the client’s specific instruction requiring the Company to obtain the client’s prior approval and consent for any public notification or announcement relating to the contract. In this regard, the Company received the client’s approval at 2:13 p.m. on 14 January 2026.
