The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of UMS Integration Limited (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to the Company's announcements dated 7 November 2025, 12 November 2025 and 16 December 2025 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue (the “Previous Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has, on 15 January 2026, allotted and issued 177,631,915 Bonus Shares to Shareholders pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.
