Dr. Shahril Simon brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across investments, corporate strategy, and organisational transformation, with deep expertise spanning Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Capital Markets, Equity, Fixed Income, and Islamic Finance. His career reflects a strong blend of institutional discipline and entrepreneurial execution, shaped by senior roles in leading financial institutions and investment organisations.

Prior to his appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer of Stealth Solutions, Dr. Shahril served at Lembaga Tabung Haji, where he led investment management and monitoring for a diverse portfolio of strategic investee companies across multiple sectors, including properties, hospitality, technology, financial services, plantations, and industrial businesses. In this role, he was responsible for value creation, governance enhancement, turnaround initiatives, and strengthening financial and operational performance at both holding and operating-company levels.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Shahril spent over a decade with CIMB Group, where he held senior leadership positions both domestically and internationally. During his tenure, he was instrumental in building and managing large-scale investment platforms across equities, sukuk, private markets, real estate, and infrastructure. His experience at CIMB also included regional and international exposure in Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN markets.
