Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviation and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 18 September 2025 and 1 December 2025.
 
The Company wishes to announce that the High Court has today dismissed Widad Builders Sdn Bhd’s  application to set aside the adjudication decision dated 22 July 2025 issued under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA”) with cost of RM25,000 awarded to Hikmat Duta Sdn. Bhd.
