The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that Savelite Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“Savelite” or “Sub-Contractor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 15 January 2026 accepted a Letter of Acceptance (“LOA”) dated 11 December 2025 from Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 199501023204 (352407-U)) (“Kerjaya Prospek (M)” or “Main Contractor”) for Pixel Valley Sdn. Bhd. (“Employer”), for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV services at Lot PT 6025 (Lot Lama Plot 24), Persiaran Cassia Barat 3, Mukim 13, Batu Kawan, Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang (“Sub-Contract Works”) for a Sub-Contract Works sum of RM22,300,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Two Million Three Hundred Thousand) only.
