We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making. The PMETAL-C2J is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PMETAL-C2J is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The PMETAL-C2J is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 27 August 2025 and the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 06 November 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under PMETAL-C2J are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of PMETAL-C2J is set out in the attachment.
