We refer to the announcements dated 22 August 2025, 1 October 2025 and 17 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
(i) Supplemental agreement for Lot 8063 – The Vendors and the Purchaser have mutually agreed to extend the Completion Period-1 for a period of three (3) months, from 19 January 2026 to 20 April 2026.
(ii) Supplemental agreement for Lot 8065 – The Vendors and the Purchaser have mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period-2 for a period of three (3) months, from 23 February 2026 to 25 May 2026, to enable the Vendors to secure the State Consent as set out in the SPA-2.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variations to the terms and conditions of the SPAs.
