The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Mutu Nusantara Sdn. Bhd.) (“MNUESB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 16 January 2025 accepted four (4) Letters of Appointment (“LOAs”) dated 13 January 2026 awarded by a customer that principally engaged in construction of other engineering projects (“Company A”) in relation to projects involving supply and install of power transformers for data centres located at Central and Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia (“Contract”).
