We refer to the previous announcements dated 18 June 2025, 6 August 2025, 7 January 2026 and 9 January 2026 in relation to the Transfer. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to inform that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 14 January 2026, approved the transfer of LGMS’ entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Technology” sector.
The Transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
