The Board of Directors of EITA wishes to announce that EITA intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Renewal of the Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Shares of up to Ten Percent (10%) of its Total Number of Issued Shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A statement on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be included in the Annual Report 2025, which will be announced and published on the Company's and Bursa Malaysia Berhad's website in due course.
