VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL OF KDB FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF THE MAIN MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("DELISTING")

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 23 September 2025, 8 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 4 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 10 December 2025, 7 January 2026 and 9 January 2026 (collectively referred to as the "Announcements"), the circular to shareholders dated 5 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular") and the notice to shareholders dated 11 December 2025 ("Notice"). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements, Circular and Notice.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 19 January 2026, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.06 of the Listing Requirements, the entire issued share capital of KDB will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 22 January 2026.
