The Board of Directors of CAB wishes to announce that Pasaraya Jaya Gading Sdn Bhd (“PJG“ or “the Purchaser”),  a  wholly-owned subsidiary of Jaya Gading Farm Sdn Bhd (“JGF”) (JGF is a 58.02% owned subsidiary of CAB Cakaran Sdn Bhd (“CABC”), CABC which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAB) had on 19 January 2026, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA” or “the Agreement”) with Fah Leong Sdn Bhd (“FL” or “the Vendor”) to acquire a unit of single-storey detached industrial building annexed with a double-storey office held under HS(D) 7438 PT 14592 Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Negeri Pahang known as Lot 54 – Kawasan Perindustrian Semambu, 25300 Kuantan, Pahang measuring approximately 3,904 square metres (about 42,022 square feet) (the “Property) for a total consideration of RM2,800,000.00 (the “Consideration”) (“the Acquisition”).
