Reference is made to the announcements made on 7 March 2023 and 24 May 2024, the Company wishes to inform that the Court of Appeal has allowed CGG’s appeal with costs in the cause, setting aside the High Court order dated 24 May 2024 and remitted the case to another High Court. 

The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development on this matter as and when necessary.
