Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of MMAG (“Board”) wishes to announce that MJets Air Sdn Bhd (“MJets”) and Line Clear Express Sdn Bhd (“Line Clear”), both are indirect subsidiaries of MMAG, had in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature (“RRPT”) with Asia Express Limited (“AE”), Suniao Supply Chain Sdn Bhd and Line Haul Borneo Sdn Bhd, which Dato’ Kevin Jit Singh A/L Ragbir Singh has an interest.

The Board further wishes to inform that the Company’s announcements dated 13 November 2025, 1 December 2025 and 30 December 2025 in relation to the RRPT contained a typographical error, whereby the transaction values were inadvertently overstated due to unit presentation of figures.

This Amended Announcement is issued to collectively rectify the said errors by presenting the correct RRPT values in exact Ringgit Malaysia (RM) on a cumulative basis.
