We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAHSING by way of market making.
The MAHSING-C89 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The MAHSING-C89 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The MAHSING-C89 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025.
The salient terms of the MAHSING-C89 are set out in the attachment.
