Final preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per Redeemable Preference Shares ("RPS") pro-rated for the period from 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 (both dates inclusive)

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 19 Feb 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 20 Feb 2026
3) Date Payable : 27 Feb 2026

Remarks :

In accordance with the terms of the RPS, the RPS shall entitle the holders to receive a preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears. 

The final preferential dividend per RPS is calculated based on a pro-rata basis for the period from 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 (both dates inclusive).

RPS Holders are advised to refer to the separate announcement on the Notice to RPS Holders in relation to the full redemption upon maturity and cancellation of the entire RPS and final dividend payment dated 20 January 2026 released on even date for further information.
