INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that KKB has received Orders from QC Construction & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“QC”), Bumia Sdn. Bhd. (“BSB”) and EPR (Kuching) Sdn. Bhd. (“EPR”) for the Supply of MSCL Pipes and Specials, and Global Rail Sdn. Bhd. (“GRSB”) for the Supply, Fabricate and Hot-Dip Galvanising of AP Poles and VMISS Rectangular Post.

Further, KKB’s subsidiaries, Harum Bidang Sdn. Bhd. and KKB Industries (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. have also received Orders from Chun Jun Piling Sdn. Bhd. (“CJP”) and Citic Construction (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“CC”) for the Supply of MS Pipes and Supply of MSCL Pipes respectively.

The combined total contract sums for all the six (6) abovementioned Orders are worth approximately RM80 million (Ringgit Malaysia Eighty Million Only).

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The Order from QC is scheduled to be supplied over four (4) quarters effective 2Q2026 until 1Q2027 while completion period for GRSB’s Order is 2Q2026 and Orders for BSB, EPR, CJP and CC collectively are to be delivered within the 3Q2026 period, subject to variation order(s) to be determined.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Orders will have no effect on Share Capital of the Company and are expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the Company and Group for the duration of the supply period.

RISK FACTORS

Risk factors affecting all the above six (6) Orders include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, forex and changes in pricing, weather conditions and/or political, economic and regulatory conditions.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders and/or person connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the abovementioned Orders.

DIRECTORS’ STATEMENT

The Board is of the opinion that all the abovementioned Orders are in the best interest of KKB and its Group.
