Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd (“Dayang” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd, had on 20 January 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with Shin Yang Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. [Company Reg. No. 198001001432 (55215-W)] for the construction and purchase of a 91-metre Maintenance / Work Vessel for a total consideration of RM117.7 million  (excluding sales and service tax), subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
