Reference is made to the Company's Announcement dated 31 December 2025 in relation to the Letter of Intent issued by Sunway Construction Sdn. Bhd. to LFE Engineering Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of LFE.
The Board of Directors' of LFE wishes to announce that the Letter of Intent has ceased to have effect as the parties being unable to finalise and agree on the terms of the proposed Letter of Award. Accordingly, the parties will not proceed further with the matter.
