- OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER SHARE ISSUANCE SCHEME OF THE COMPANY ("SIS")

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of CFM wishes to announce that the offer of options has been made on 20 January 2026 to the eligible persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“Options”) under the SIS of the Company.
