Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 28 August 2025 and 22 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those previously announced.

The Board wishes to announce the following case development:

The adjudication decision dated 10 October 2025 was in favour of the Company. However, until the date of the commencement of this adjudication proceeding, OVE has not received the said Adjudicated Sums as awarded by the learned Adjudicator. Accordingly, OVE has commenced enforcement proceedings by filing an Originating Summons pursuant to Section 28 of CIPAA in the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at Kuching, seeking to enforce the adjudication decision as a judgment or order of the Court.

OVE is seeking, inter alia, the following orders:

1. Payment of an adjudicated sum amounting to RM5,374,247.68;
2. Payment of simple interest at 5% per annum on the adjudicated sum from the respective invoices’ due dates until full settlement;
3. Payment of the adjudicator’s fees and AIAC administrative fees amounting to RM64,282.10;
4. Reimbursement of AIAC registration and related adjudication costs amounting to RM702.00; and
5. Reimbursement of party-to-party costs of RM80,000.00.

The matter is pending before the Court. The Company will make further announcements on any material developments as and when appropriate.
