Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 21 January 2026 issued by Kee Ming Group Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 21 January 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 27 January 2026.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise a notice of the changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
