We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the ZETRIX Shares.
ZETRIX-CAW is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. ZETRIX-CAW is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 21 January 2026.
ZETRIX-CAW is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of ZETRIX-CAW is set out in the attachment. |
