The Board of Directors of Elridge Energy is pleased to announce that Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 21 January 2026, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Berkana Power Company Limited for the supply of an estimated total volume of 100,000 metric tons of palm kernel shells and/or Green Gold Label-certified palm kernel shells, to be delivered over ten (10) shipments annually, beginning in year 2026 for a period of one (1) year with the renewal by mutual agreement between Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd. and Berkana Power Company Limited, subject to and upon the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding.
