We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 15 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce the 18,688,347 Consideration Shares have been allotted and issued by RLEB to PGB pursuant to the Acquisition on 21 January 2026, thus marking the completion of the Acquisition in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA.
The 18,688,347 Consideration Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 23 January 2026. The balance Cash Consideration of approximately RM12.07 million shall be payable by RLSB to Propel Oilfield within the Settlement Period or Extended Settlement Period (as the case may be).
