The Board of Directors of MFCB wishes to announce that a Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) was executed on 21 January 2026 between MFCB as Purchaser, PT Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk, Rentak Rimbun Sdn Bhd, Wong Kok Hwa and Ngoei Boon Liong (collectively known as “Vendors”). Pursuant to the SPA, MFCB will acquire a total of 25,797,054 ordinary shares in SFM, representing 12.50% of the issued shares in SFM from the Vendors, for a total purchase consideration of RM33,097,620.30. In conjunction with the execution of the SPA, all Parties in the POA mutually agreed to terminate the POA upon completion of the Additional Investment, prior to the expiry of POA on 28 July 2026.
