The Board of Directors of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad has approved the splitting of Risk Management and Sustainability Committee into two separate committees, i.e. Risk Management Committee ("RMC") and Sustainability Committee ("SC") with effect from 23 January 2026. The composition of the RMC and SC are as follows:

Risk Management Committee:
1. Eric Ooi Lip Aun - Chairman, Independent and Non-Executive Director
2. Datuk Lee Oi Kuan - Member, Independent and Non-Executive Director
3. Stefano Clini - Member, Managing Director

Sustainability Committee:

1. Datuk Lee Oi Kuan - Chairperson, Independent and Non-Executive Director

2. Eric Ooi Lip Aun - Member, Independent and Non-Executive Director

3. Stefano Clini - Member, Managing Director
