On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of LGMS has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 22 January 2026, marking the completion of the Transfer.
