Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 6 October 2025, 8 October 2025, 14 November 2025 and 17 December 2025 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants, the circular to shareholders dated 1 December 2025 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants (“Circular”) and the announcement dated 16 December 2025 in relation to the outcome of extraordinary general meeting for the Bonus Issue of Warrants. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
