We refer to the announcements dated 9 April 2025, 9 July 2025, 9 October 2025, 9 January 2026 and 12 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company had, on 22 January 2026, paid part of the Purchase Consideration of RM16.065 million to the Vendor (with the balance of RM6.615 million will be retained by LGMS as part of the profit guarantee arrangement under the Supplemental SSA). This marks the completion of the Proposed Acquisition on even date.
