Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 15 July 2025 in relation to the above matter.


Puncak wishes to inform the Exchange that the name of  Aspen Streams Sdn Bhd (“ASSB”) has been struck off from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and the strike off was gazetted on 22 December 2025.

Accordingly, ASSB ceased to be a subsidiary of Puncak on 22 December 2025.

This announcement is dated 22 January 2026.
