The Board of Director of EG (“Board”) wishes to announce that EG’s wholly-owned subsidiary, SMTI, had on 1 December 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Able Industries Co., Ltd. (“the Vendor”) to acquire one piece of freehold land for a total purchase consideration equivalent to RM6.1 million (“Proposed Acquisition”).
This is a voluntary announcement made pursuant to Paragraph 10.05(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
