Mr. Lee Khang Soon ("Mr Lee") joined the Company's Merchandising and Procurement Department in 2007 as Purchasing Clerk and was last promoted to the position of the Regional Merchandising Director in 2025.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in regional procurement oversight, local and overseas sourcing (particularly China), and in-house brand development with proven track record in supplier evaluation and onboarding, cost control, and sourcing strategy alignment with the business and operational objectives.

He had demonstrated the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams while providing guidance and review to Merchandising and Procurement teams.

Mr. Lee is specialised in providing regional oversight on merchandising and procurement activities, ensuring the continuity of supply through close coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders. He is also involved in the development of in-house mould-based plastic household products, including sourcing suitable manufacturers and coordinating development processes as well as contributing to category planning, development and enhancement initiatives.

Mr. Lee's vast experience in the procurement and merchandising field has enabled him to consistently deliver strong results across core commercial functions, leading to the growth and success of the Company and its subsidiaries.
