Reference is made to the announcements dated December 9, 2025 and December 30, 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of DKSH (Malaysia) (“Board”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had written to the Board of Directors of DKSH Resources (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“DKSH Resources” or “Offeror”) to request for an extension of time to be on or before 5.00 p.m. on January 30, 2026 for the Company to respond to the Offeror with its decision on whether to table the Proposed SCR to the disinterested shareholders of DKSH (Malaysia) for their consideration and approval (“Extension of Time”).
On even date, the Board of Directors of DKSH Resources has agreed to grant the Company the Extension of Time. Save for the Extension of Time, all other terms and conditions as stated in the proposal letter dated December 9, 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR, remain unchanged.
