Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements dated 14 December 2022 and 15 December 2022 made in relation to the same.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14th December 2022 and 15th December 2022 wherein the Company had announced the receipt of a Letter of Award dated 21st October 2022 to VL T7 Consortium for the design, construction, installation, integration, completion, testing and commissioning of proposed Baggage Handling System ("BHS") asset replacement program at KL International Airport Terminal 1, Malaysia ("Project").

The Company wishes to announce that VL T7 Consortium had executed a Supplemental Agreement on 25 November 2025 (jointly “Supplemental Agreement”), to formalise the revised timeline pertaining to the completion date and the alignment of obligations in connection with the Project. With the execution of this Supplemental Agreement, the completion date for the Project has now been extended to fourth quarter of 2028 to better correspond with the prevailing site conditions and project requirements.
